It is Sunday afternoon and my husband and I are vegging out on the couch. He was reading the WSJ and read an article about renting versus buying and he difference in cost. So, do you rent or are you buying? If renting, why? Why aren't you buying?
It said that it cost more to own than to rent on average and that the difference between the two is even more than it was just five years ago. That is probably without taking into consideration that owning would raise your net worth but still, to own there are more costs (taxes, association fees, misc repairs, etc)than to rent.I think I still haev the article if you are interested
